Fundraising - Post Christmas Walk

After the Judging of  the ‘Best Dressed Father Christmas’, won by Mrs Glenys Price and judged by The Rev’d  Phillip Morris, the intrepid band of Walkers, with lots of new faces to be seen, I’m pleased to say, set off, destination, Garth Hill.

What a wonderful idea, a Post Christmas Walk, to work off the surplus pounds gained by too many Christmas goodies.

The thought had crossed my mind to chicken out. Would Mutt.accept my excuse of not being able to find my boots!!.  No Way.

Having been born in Llanddewi’r Cwm and living all my life in the area, I am ashamed to say I have never attempted to climb Garth Hill, but I’m not alone, Glenys is equally guilty, but that is now remedied.

Strangely enough the surplus Christmas pounds are still with me, but I live in hope of Mutts. next choice of walk shedding them.
